Henri Badoux, Chablais (Vaud, Switzerland) “Aigle les Murailles” 2016

($40, Dreyfus, Ashby & Co.):  Swiss wines are not widely available outside of Switzerland because the Swiss drink most of it themselves.  This one, from the Chablais (not to be confused with Chablis) on the shores of Lake Geneva is worth search for.  Made from the Chasselas grape, it has a unique combination of floral notes, minerality and a bracing bite that enlivens the palate.  It would be an ideal choice either before dinner or with robust seafood this summer.
