This powerful sparkling wine, made predominantly from Pinot Noir (75%) dazzles with subtlety spiced strawberries supported by great acidity. Chardonnay adds balance and elegance — and keeps you coming back for another glass. Though labeled as rosé, its color is more gold than pinkish. Don’t fret if you are saddened that it lacks an Instagram-able hue — the palate definitely does not disappoint! It is an excellent, well-priced choice for the upcoming holidays.
