It is hard to decide between Mosnel’s Parosé and their EBB 2019 if you’re splurging on bubbly in defiance of a dry January. You will not be disappointed with either of them! The Parosé, a seamless and lively blend of Pinot Noir (two-thirds) and Chardonnay delivers red fruited power swaddled with finesse. Despite some barrel fermentation and four years on the yeast, no component overwhelms. It is a marvel of balance and poise.
