($35): This broad shouldered, concentrated Cabernet combines dense ripe fruitiness with more than a whiff of black olives and herbs.  With a hint of bitterness in the finish and fine balance, it would be a fitting choice for a charcoal grilled steak.  I suspect it will deliver even more enjoyment in a couple of years after it settles down and its components come together.
