Ca’ di Rajo, Prosecco Treviso (Veneto, Italy) Extra Dry NV

($20):  Prosecco has taken the world by storm, which means the quality varies from awful to innocuous to very good.  Put Ca’ di Rajo’s in the latter category.  Weighing in at only 11 percent-stated alcohol, it is, amazingly, both fruity and dry.   It’s a refreshing way to start an evening.
