($63):  One of the impressive things about Tongue Dancer’s wines is that they reflect their AVAs.  This one from the cooler Sonoma Coast, still fruit-focused, manages to combine the appealing cherry-like aromatics and flavors with clear savory influences.  Complexity emerges as it sits in the glass.  Their signature — a suave texture — makes it easy to enjoy now.  There is no distracting heat in the finish of this beautifully balanced Pinot Noir.
