($18): Château Ste. Michelle makes a superior range of well-priced wines.  This one, made from a blend of grapes grown in a variety of vineyards, is a step up from their basic Columbia Valley Chardonnay.  It combines subtle minerality with tropical fruit flavors and buttery nuances.  Not overdone, good acidity holds it all together. 88 Michael Apstein Jun 23, 2009
