($12):  Though Prosecco has become — for some — the generic word for any wine with bubbles, this one actually is one from the mandated area in the northeastern Italy.  Extra Dry, in this case, and, as with all sparkling wines, actually means a hint of sweetness.  Its softer profile makes it perfect as a stand-alone aperitif or a good choice to accompany spicy food.
