($34):  In a word, gorgeous.  Balanced, with a touch of smoke, a touch of fruitiness and great bracing citrus acidity, which amplifies the enjoyment.  The subtle fruitiness is captivating.  There’s no heaviness here.  The freshness keeps it intriguing throughout the meal.  Other California producers would be advised to follow this kind of restrained and balanced style of Chardonnay.
