($18, Baron Francois): This 100% Albariño could be the poster child for Rias Baixas.  Riveting without being aggressive, it awakens and refreshes the palate.  It will slice through whatever flavors you put in front of it.  A white pepperiness adds to its appeal.  This is another bargain from a top-notch producer.
