($45, Boisset USA): Boisset, a négociant known for bulk wines, has reinvented itself over the last decade by reducing production dramatically and focusing on quality instead of quantity.  It’s been a dramatic and welcome transformation.  Under the guidance of winemaker Gregory Patriat, they have produced this stylish St. Aubin that reminds us that this sleepy village can be the source of solid white Burgundy at more reasonable prices than wines from the more famous Côte d’Or villages.  Forward and lush, it has the right balance of fruit and minerality.  It is equally appealing by itself as on the dinner table. 88 Michael Apstein Oct 15, 2013
