($20, Australian Premium Wine Collection): If there were such a thing as a Meyer lime, this is how it would taste.  Floral and limey, but not aggressive or grassy, it develops a lovely minerality with air that is reminiscent of the best wines from Sancerre.  It is light, airy and lacey.  About 3% of the wine was aged in small oak casks, which adds a mouth filling texture without a trace of oakiness. 93 Michael Apstein Feb 27, 2007
