($20, Blends Inc.): If this is an example of how well Albariño does in Uruguay, it should become their national wine.  Bodega Garzón has fashioned a perky and beautifully cutting aromatic white that displays unusual depth.  This zippy wine will have wide spread appeal either as an aperitif or to accompany simple seafood this summer.  Refreshing and clean, it will be the ideal antidote for the heat and humidity that’s on the way.
