His remarkable talent is easy to see in the quality of his second wines, which he labels Wild Oats. Despite its restraint, this ready-to-drink Shiraz delivers plenty of punch. Gamey notes accent the bright ripe dark fruit element adding unexpected complexity at this price. It’s a superb good buy.
