($10, Vineyard Brands): Muscadet is known for its racy acidity-there’s no shortage here-but what sets this wine apart is its minerality and texture that persists into the finish.  It has more body than the typical Muscadet.  Not a friendly ‘sipping’ wine, it’s perfect with steamed shellfish dipped in butter.
