($11, Underdog Wine Merchants):  Montecillo makes wonderful Rioja.  It turns out they do an admirable job with Albariño as well.  The Verdemar has a certain Muscadet-like character to it with an appealing chalky minerality and bright acidity.  It would be an excellent choice for simply broiled fish.
